Everything lives on your phone — no account, no login, and it all keeps working with zero signal.
Build your schedule
- Tap + next to any activity to add it — it becomes a ✓. Tap again to remove.
- Tap My Schedule (or its eye icon) at the bottom to see just your picks. Tap again for the full schedule.
- The day pills up top jump between days; they follow along as you scroll.
- Tap the button to search activities, people, places, and descriptions.
- Underlined activity names have more to read — tap the name (in Jessie, tap Description).
- + Add your own event (top of the schedule) puts your own plans on the grid — details below.
Your own events
- Tap + Add your own event at the top of the schedule: give it a title, pick the day and times, and optionally a location and a note.
- It slots into the schedule at the right time with a dashed edge and a mine tag, shows up in search, and always stays visible when you filter to My Schedule.
- Its note lives behind the usual details toggle, and a location like "Campfire" makes the tag open the camp map on the right spot.
- Tap the ✎ pencil on the event to edit or delete it.
- Your own events live only on this phone — they don't go out with schedule shares, don't ring calendar reminders, and don't move with Copy my schedule.
Find your way
- Tap any colored location tag on an activity and the camp map pops up with that spot circled.
- The full map also lives under Camp map at the top of the schedule — pinch to zoom there.
Swap stars with friends
- Tap the share arrow on the Schedules panel, enter your name, and show your QR code — or send the link. Your schedule comes along only when Include my schedule is switched on; everything travels inside the link itself, nothing stored online.
- Tap ⇄ Swap stars to add someone else's: point the camera at their QR, or paste a link they sent you.
- Friends show up as colored initials on the activities they're attending, and as rows in the panel — tap the eye to show or hide each one, tap their avatar to rename them, ✕ to remove.
- Shares are snapshots: if you change your picks later, just share again and friends get the update when they open the new link.
Warm fuzzies
- Camp tradition: when someone gives you a warm moment, you write them a note about it and drop it in their envelope.
- The moment fades fast — so the ♥ Jot a warm fuzzy button at the top of the schedule opens the Fuzzy Notebook: ten seconds to jot who, what, and where. The date and time are recorded for you.
- When you're near the envelopes, open the notebook, copy each note onto paper, and tap ✓ to mark it written — written notes dim and sink to the bottom.
- Your notes live only on your phone, like everything else here.
Your constellation
Every camper you scan becomes a star in your sky. There's no extra step — when you scan a friend's QR (or paste their link) to see their schedule, their star appears too. Your sky lives on the front page and in full at ✦ Your constellation under More links.
Tap any star to open a memory card: add a photo (ask first ✨), jot notes about who they are, and see any warm fuzzies you've written about them. Everything stays on your phone — nothing is uploaded, ever.
Meet 5 people and your constellation earns its name. The sky only fills this one week — how big will yours get?
Get reminded
- Settings → Event reminders → Add my schedule to my device calendar adds a calendar called My Camp 2026 Schedule to your phone, containing exactly the activities you've picked — each with a built-in alert 10 minutes before it starts.
- The reminders come from your phone's own Calendar app, so they work even when the camp app is closed — and the camp app never asks for notification permissions.
- If a picked activity's time or location changes, your calendar updates by itself — iPhones refresh subscribed calendars within about an hour.
- The calendar is a snapshot of your picks: if you add or remove activities later, remove the subscription (Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Subscribed Calendars) and subscribe again.
- Google Calendar can't use the one-tap button: copy the link instead, add it at calendar.google.com → Add calendar → From URL, then give that calendar a 10-minute notification in its settings (Google ignores the feed's built-in alerts, and can take up to a day to notice schedule changes).
- Like everything else, the link encodes your picks itself — nothing about your schedule is stored anywhere.
Phones, browsers, and moving
- Best experience: add the site to your Home Screen — it launches instantly and works offline.
- The website and the installed app keep separate schedules. Moving over? Settings → Copy my schedule carries everything — picks, name, and friends — then paste it on the other side. Same trick works for a new phone.
- Schedule links always open in your browser; paste them into the app via ⇄ Swap stars → Paste a link.
Make it yours
- The gear opens Settings: light/dark appearance, and the two vibes — Viona (handwritten page) or Jessie (tidy cards).
- Schedule changes in Settings lists every update to the camp schedule since it was published.
- The app updates itself — new schedule versions arrive on their own, and pull-down-to-refresh on the schedule forces a full reload anytime.
Privacy
- No accounts, no logins, no tracking, no analytics.
- Your picks and friends live only on your device.
- Sharing sends your schedule inside the link or QR code itself — nobody can see it unless you hand it to them.
